About Me
I’ve always believed that people are capable of more than they sometimes see in themselves.
For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through important moments in their careers—stepping into leadership, navigating change, taking on new challenges, and discovering their potential.
My career has included executive leadership, Human Resources, organizational change, talent development, and coaching across Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and privately held organizations. But the part of my work I’ve loved most has always been people—helping leaders grow, gain confidence, and become the kind of leaders others want to follow.
Those experiences shaped a belief that is at the heart of NorthPoint Partners:
